The Good Dinosaur, has the most wasted potential of any of their movies. It would have been more interesting if they had came up with a bunch of new made up Dinosaur species that evolved in an alternate timeline, rather than just using T. rex and Apatosaurus.

Great article, brings me back to a similar kind of CD dinosaur program I had as a kid that actually used CG models (and came with a book!)

Also apart from the long neck and head that Ceratosaurus almost reminds me of the Schleich one (clearly their best model)

It would be a banger if Scutosaurus appeared in Jurassic world camp cretaceous. It makes sense as Masrani would create this animal to get more news coverage and publicity.
it would seem impossible to get DNA, but the park using groundbreaking Masrani technology recreated the DNA.

Some Ceratosaurs like the type genus, Ceratosaurus were already very flamboyant creatures without any feathering. So I’ve decided to generally limit it for this guy and let the horns do the talking.

Ceratosaurs are often touted as ‘the scaly Theropods’ given their primitive heritage and evidence of scales, feature scales and osteoderms. However, given the likelihood that early Dinosaurs had them (mostly in arid climates), it shouldn’t be ruled out that they were all shed.

What an absolutely gorgeous murder-bird. For those wondering about how that unfortunate Edmontosaurus ended up where it is... From 's graphic novel about SUE.

Even though Ceratosaurus was the underdog of the Late Jurassic, it was a very unique theropod both in behavior and in appearance. In fact you could say that Ceratosaurus in real life resembled a dragon. Art by Paleocolour.

In some instances, Ceratosaurus possibly hunted aquatic prey, as it has been proposed that the tail was so flexible that if it took to the water, the tail would have been a very powerful swimming aid, used in a similar fashion as a crocodile. Art by Jan Selzer

crenatissimus was a Abelisauridae from Madagascar, in life he was 2 meters tall and have 7 meters in length. It was the apex predator of his ecosystem, preying on sauropods like Rapetosaurus.

Saurophaganax was one of the largest carnivores of Late Jurassic North America, bigger than Torvosaurus, Allosaurus, and Ceratosaurus, but rarer in terms of recovered material. Art by .

Getting back into this before June is up, stomping into part 4 of the PRIDE dinos series is the ever famous Apatosaurus, striking a color palette representing the Asexual flag.

I have more theories on Vauthry than A. Elk, brackets, Miss, brackets has on brontosauruses.

Brontosaurus? Apatosaurus? Here's a sauropod.

The birds are the best dinosaur inhabitants of Skull Island. Imagine if the Venatosaurs were designed with the same "nasty" but still fuzzy features. I wouldn't mind if they lacked feathers on their arms, like on older Luis Rey paintings, as long as they still fit there.
