本日４月４日はあんぱんの日
1875年のこの日、水戸藩下屋敷にお花見に行幸された明治天皇にあんぱんを木村屋の初代が献上したことにちなみ制定されました。この際に和菓子ではなく純日本製のパンということで八重桜の花の塩漬を埋めた桜あんぱんが誕生しました。
