Chapaleles are traditional dumplings from Chiloé island that can be either savory or sweet. The sweet version doesn't contain potatoes (usually) and is rectangular rather than round in shape. Served with honey!

The Rough Sharks are a genus of 5 species; the most well known being the Prickly Dogfish.

With a stout body and highly arched back, their bodies appear compressed - giving them a very unique, unmistakable triangular profile.
