I am confused and also scared??? Don't know why the textures aren't applying
Over the past few weeks I've been getting freelance work pretty consistently, I think if I really go for it right now I can make it happen full-time. Right now I'm nonstop applying to get an illustration agent. Here's some old work I updated for my portfolio

I softened the lineart by duplicating it and applying 0.5px gaussian blur. The soft, broad lineart + outerglow reminds me a bit of western works in the style of anime CA 2000 e.g. Magi-Nation.
(Before I coloured the hair I temporarily had it rose, which I kinda liked too... 🤔)
