Electric Woodpecker wyvern.
A fun personal project I did, inspired by the Monster Hunter designs.
This beast can move its head with lightning speed and can even throw its electricity infused feathers as projectiles.

At the very least an interesting armour. Blue hair would have been interesting if they made it pulsing like to resemble electricity. Here are some cool interpretations of Thor food for example. You can even keep that body physique just add something visually interesting.
