I still can't believe that this arc has spanned 70 chapters. Vol 3, 4, and the 5. I started the story in April of last year and there are still a few more chapters to go before I finish it.🥹

@SuperUnlikely I usually use Procreate.
Add shading at the line drawing stage(Set the line drawing layer to Multiply).
Create another multiply layer and add a shadow.
Add a color layer below it. That's it.

Reposting cause I remember not a lot of people saw it.

Happy FMA day - for someone who says this is my favorite anime of all time ive drawn almost nothing for it.

Halfway through the series, and I seriously can’t get enough of how incredible Monster is. Hands down, it’s the best series ever made, and I doubt I’ll find anything that can top it. And the way they draw the characters, so gorgeous.
