I drove 16 hours today. Everything hurts. If I sleep,I have vivid, horrifying night terrors directly related to my PTSD. I just want to sleep for a couple hours and not feel like I am in hell. I want to feel safe.

In terms of mental problems, Futaba has been through it all. PTSD, depression, crippling social anxiety, the works. However, her coping method was to hole herself up in her room and not talk to anyone, which is not healthy. Therefore, I doubt she’d be a good therapist.
