The proportions are absolute garbage, but here’s some little concepts for new designs for Sweets & Jay, plus a height comparison! These outfits are more for their ‘hero’ work, I’m not sure I’ll change their civilian outfits that much if at all

After re-attempting Mismagius, I think I did a much better job. Proportions are hard, but the giant hat did *not* help. xD

I also decided to mess around afterwards, and created a simple - and then more custom - alternate Shiny for Mismagius!

So I realised that chibi faces are straightforward. But body proportions... they're kinda 'bean' shaped.
So here's chibi Karu/Turira. I've been practicing thanks to YT tutorial.

My process for drawing all of your notorious pirates:
1. Ink outline (For proportions)
2. Base color (Helps me find errors)
3. Curses / Muscles
4. Tattoo's (least favorite) and shadow (favorite)
