Two points to emphasize here; patient with primary prostate cancer; called node in pelvis; request for biopsy; never take non contrast study as final diagnostic study; always make sure you rule out vascular etiology before bx; this was venous varix in pelvis not a node

Projekty autorstwa do wystawy MSN z 2019 roku to pozornie proste grafiki. Przetworzenia „Gołąbka pokoju”, „Snu” i „Guerniki” są jednak pełne odniesień do manipulacji, cytatów i wytwornych kłamstw znanych ze świata propagandy i reklam.

The Recluse prosthetic redesign from the last dodl, wanted something more Borg than the old spindle-legs.

Born physically weak, young precognitive Natalia Paulkin was recruited by a Soviet super-soldier program and augmented with sweet robot bits to serve as a spy and assassin.

Today’s disability character is the eponymous Violet Evergarden! 💕🥰

She is a double amputee missing her hands and she uses robotic prosthetics. She actually makes her career utilizing her prosthetics as a typist!

(cw: mature source, themes of war and unhealthy relationships)

Prostate massage is highly pleasurable for lots of peeps. An orgasm can be much more explosive if stimulation of the penis is combined with prostate play, and some lucky folks can orgasm through erotic prostate massage alone! ⚡⚡⚡ https://t.co/XTamHp7F7i

Here's my redesign of Hephaestus from webtoon Lore Olympus! I wanted to give him the proper prosthetics since running blades aren't too practical for everyday wear and I wanted to give him more of a welder aesthetic. I hope y'all like it!

Hilarious memory of when they were teaching us how to do a rectal exam and to find the prostate and feel it and the boys were having a hard time and then it was my turn and they started to teach me and I was just like "I know" and got it done in 10 seconds
