I thought it would be cool to personalize each textbox with a image. For example Shark Girl's image is the Wheel of Fortune, since SG is quite linked to the ideas of "Fate". Buoy's image is an ark, once he starts talking you can see why.

Wanted to make a unique almost like a Bandana Dee. I initially toyed with using the weapon Calculon, but I ended up pursuing another idea. Here's a rough image.

Initially I planned to call this one "Lone Awoofy."
But...I've opted to use the name "Macey."

The Photoshop liquify tool, dodge/burn tool and copying pieces of imagery from other parts of the piece to modify (such as the golden eyes from flowers) were all employed to “rebuild” the face, which bears almost no resemblance to the photo in the init image.
