Short review: Belle - Very pretty, with nice songs. That said, the story was painfully overwrought and the dialogue had the subtlety of a brick crashing through a plate glass window.
Still, it was an enjoyable mash-up of Jem and the Holograms and Beauty and the Beast.
I found it was a different way to express the “#undercurrent”. That energy that binds all things. Today’s piece gave me the clarity to see this. This makes the process less painful because I understand “why”. Does that make sense?
