ive expanded my art to more complex things this year, including backgrounds and shading techniques. i thought i'd be disappointed in myself, but im not. i worked hard this year to create better work, not just more stuff.

It was really fun working on this and it helped me review some soft shading techniques.

Loved how my students have depicted the movement of birds (1st -murmuration and 2nd- flock of birds in flight at sunrise) in the sky using mark making techniques. Got to love that as a birdwatcher cum art teacher!

We live in a society, well I'm done for today. If you manage to get some stuff done on the dark woods fan art send it my way, especially if you have any questions about lighting techniques.

TODAY’S BIRTHDAY:CHOI BOUNGE

From KOF'94, Choi, just like Chang, was a criminal in the past. He was delighted to cut his victims using his metal claws.

Thanks to Kim, Choi learned Taekwondo techniques. This, together with his speed and sharp claws, makes him a fearsome fighter.
