So as I was drawing this, I made a concept of mermaids, if unharmed and not threatened, looked like your average mermaid, upper body looks like a human and the bottom a fish. But when threatened and in danger, became a siren（╹◡╹）♡

For today’s I wanted to draw real mermaids, the South Korean divers (Haenyeo) I have been learning more about these women and their history and they are just amazing. One thing I never realized is how cold the water usually is.
