Today is the 52nd anniversary of Walt Disney’s “The Jungle Book.” Shown here are a couple vintage press kit photos of Phil Harris and Sebastian Cabot getting acquainted with their animated counterparts, Baloo and Bagheera!

I found some concept art from Walt Disney Animation Studios when they attempted to make an animated movie about The Snow Queen in the 90s before they made Frozen. Looking at these characters designs, you can see where some of the influence from Anna and Kristoff came from.

Today is the day!
It’s the start of what an ambitious Animation Lookback from called Walt Disney Animation Studios + and on the ten year anniversary of the original one too.
It’s due to be immersive for Disney fans everywhere. I know I’ll check out the first part.

Seventy years ago today, Walt Disney Animation Studios released their last package film The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad. The film featured a wild ride with Mr. Toad and a thrilling chase with Ichabod Crane involving the headless horseman.

Early Disneyland concept art by unsung Disney legend, Bruce Bushman. (Not an official Legend according to the Walt Disney Company though. Mystifying.)
