バイナリから生成やっとできた。難しく考えすぎてたな。
getStaticPropsはサーバサイド側で動くからNode.jsの機能そのまま使える→fsでバイナリからjpeg化して適切に配置してやれば良い。調べ方が悪かったんだな。（Buffer型をUnit8Arrayにしてからゴニョゴニョしようとしてだいぶハマっていた）
