A couple of characters I came up with on the fly for a concept of a game that popped in my head. The character with a gun arm was called "Rigid Rider" and the on with a mechanical limbs was the mechanic that builds upgrades for the gunman.

I've kinda got each stage of their appearance?? you can tell their form is new because their skin isn't translucent, but it eventually degrades and their gold bones and hot core become visible. I like to think of their main body as basically fire trapped in the shape of a person
