Went through & finally finished the movies after going through them over the past couple weeks.
I should check out the original TV series tho at some point when time allows.
I got my criticisms but overall there was a lot to enjoy about this despite the stories derp moments.

I think overall I'd like to move away from a cartoony style which I only drew because it was easy and I was scared to advance lol. Nothing wrong with it, but I think I'd like to move to semi-realism just to suit my own personal tastes ^^

@easybriizydraws such a cute concept!!!! this is the crummiest fastest paintover of all time but this is how I would tweak it!! I think simplifying colors/designs will help overall
the bird trait turned out pretty good.. the wings are not anatomically correct but rather altered in such a way that fits the overall aesthetics and gives maximum fluidity to the flapping motion.. anyways.. fun trying something new..

The movie definitely improves F1, but I felt F2 was definitely the strength and meat of the novel.
It's interesting seeing how everything plays out as you're able to see it done step
