Why exactly are people thinking these 4*s are bad? XQ and XLs are some of the of the best 4*s in the game and their cons only add more damage. XQ specifically has no bad cons. The weapon banner also has the BiS weapons for all these 4*s. Sac Sword, Dragonsbane and Sky Pride.
