Supergirl by Babs Tarr and and Superboy by Joe Quinones
I feel like it's the full cowl with white eyes/black lip and the oversized cape that's really throwing me? part of what always throws me off about Babs' designs is when they borrow too heavily from Bruce's Batman suit and I think that's what's happening here with the cape/cowl.
Tagging some precious babs that deserve your love:

Q: Hey! I know the description only says Babs, Cass, and Steph, but would Bette Kane as the original Bat-Girl be allowed?

Q: Will Oracle Babs be featured as well, or is the primary focus Batgirl?
A: We'd like to gear any portrayal of adult Barbara towards her Oracle incarnation, and to be as respectful as possible towards her disability. [...continued at link]

Oracle was the persona which makes me always want to read her comics & the one I grew up with. As Batgirl, Oracle or even without persona, I always think that Babs is an amazing character no matter what & deserves to get more appreciations.
