@lunelions a simple way to add soft shading is to focus on “ambient occlusion”! essentially, wherever the corners meet there will be a dark spot where light can’t get to. for this effect, i added a multiply layer, with a colour similar to the lineart i filled in these dark spots.

I am not convinced so i'll do the actual lineart XDDD, but at least i know where light and shadows are and give a more vibrant style cuz i really like the colors and background. Lineless just not for me 💀

@N3_Planeswalker Yes very essential to learn and grow honestly (never listen to the people saying that's cheating or something)

1 : sand mostly
2 : Sky and water
3 : color of the sky and clouds

And use some Linear Burn , add glow or glow dodge in gradient for the gradual color change 👌
