Design test for part 2!!!👀I simplified the markings a bit. I think I'm pretty happy with it!
Part 2: Darker markings start to appear on Silver's fur, the darkest ones being on their right forepaw (where their ability lost control)

I have been doing these simplified refs since they take much less time. Though... To be honest- I hate the format. There isn't enough information, and since I have to mimic the style in each ref, which is difficult since I started this format a while ago (4/10)

A month later I found my groove in illustrating dreamers for my new (at the time) collection, Stardust Society.
I was still stuck on the design and realized that when I simplified it, it made the perfect background for those drippy chicks

Original Shagaru -> Redesign
I think I like this new design a bit better. Simplified the robe while also keeping some aspects, like the red rope and collar pattern. Getting to where I want to be, but I think I'll be going in for another redesign soon.
