I find it funny that anime girl eye sparkles have become so complicated that you could put literally anything in there with a layer mode and it'll look normal. for example here I used a bowl of miso soup

for anything complicated though or advanced movements do not expect much you will have to rawdog it the old school way. There are moments where it kinda works as well but rotations are also incredibly challenging
