for context, this was one of the first (if not the very first) human drawings I did digitally. I stopped drawing humans for a long time after that and only recently picked it up!

don't know if this helps: for Disney, every movie AFTER The Little Mermaid was colored digitally. Line art cleaned up and colored digitally, as well. So that's why their cheaper Xerox age have black lines (Dalmatians to Great Mouse Detective.) It's a direct transfer from pencil.
