Absolutely heartbreaking to find out one of the KyoAni victims was Shouko Ikeda, who is definitely a favorite character designer of mine. Just last year I bought a Haruhi artbook with many illustrations by her. I’m certain I love Eupho because of her as well. May you rest.

As said, the book is super charming and really funny and heartbreaking at points. The way Bear is just somewhat accepted into society (and many restaurants) really adds another level.
Farris has a lot of fun with layouts and panelling and Josh is loving the lettering and colours.
