Kharatt achieved it, when fighting to protect the Earth, from an alien invader. Issue being, he didn't want the form, and exerted himself, trying to hold it in, which lead to issues down the line. He's always been uncomfortable about his saiyan half, so he never wanted the form.

Health Update - Energy levels are stable n good atm! Still no taste/smell, chest tightness is a minimal & only starts to feel rly uncomfortable w/ excessive coughing. I've finished all my meds, using inhalers when needed. Monday I have a dr follow up! Hope you're all doing well❤️
