大変失礼な事を言いますが、画像1は少し｢まな板感｣が…
他のペイントソフトでは更に自由度の高い変形が行えるので、これを利用してみます。

私としては(操作に慣れていないというのもあるでしょうけど)｢windowsペイント＆マウス操作｣で行う簡単な修正作業としてはこれを一定ラインとし、もう少し複雑な作業を行いたい場合には有料ソフト＆ペンタブを使うかなぁと思います。

パソコン変えたらwebの表示が変になりました。改善策わかる人がいたらマジで教えて…。環境の変化としてはwindowsが10から11に変わったことぐらいです。
