im trying to set it up so you can make both standard avis and cool monster angels, which is why you can turn off the head/body/etc. it also meant sacrificing a few convenience things though (there's no linked skin colors so you have to set every part seperately)

you actually CAN do animated tiles, they just can't be part of the tileset image itself, they have to be a seperate resource you like... add to the tileset? been a minute

as for tile ids, i'm not sure-- i had to work with autotile ids though before, which i imagine is...similar?

Drew a Kankrelat from one of my favorite childhood shows, Code Lyoko. Seriously, that show was awesome and had a very ambitious concept at the time. One of the only shows I know to not integrate, but keep 2D and 3D as seperate environments was really neat, cool, and rad.
