Hot Take: Making Kingpin the MAIN villain for Into The Spider-Verse was an odd choice IMO. When they revealed Doc Ock in the movie as a surprise, I thought that she was going to be the main threat going forward. I LIKED what they did with Fisk, but I was expecting someone else.🤷‍♂️

I genuinely still can't decide which piece of Spidey media pulled off the whole "comic book brought to life" motto better: the Ultimate Spider-Man video game or Into The Spider-Verse. Both fully utilize the comics art style in the overall visuals, but in such different ways. 🕷️🕸️
