I bought this beautiful book from and couldn’t be happier with it. Any fan of THE THING (1982) would love it. Heavier than it looks and the reproductions are gorgeous. A great celebration of ’s masterpiece. Some of the artistry here is inspired.

Rose was an Orthodox monk from California who died in 1982. His essay on the dangers of nihilism is exceptionally clear and enlightening, I highly recommend it.
