Found some more neat stuff in Dino Stalker. 3rd Energy, references to the Ashford family (cast of Veronica and Survivor appear in the name ranking at the end). Hero's plane is a P-51 Mustang. , you should look into "Old Crow" and "WW2".

Finally got around to playing Dino Stalker (2002). Took about an hour to finish. Weird, short game. Anyway, found some neat stuff in the city ruins, along with a few Veronica and Survivor easter eggs.
