Characters like 16 get away with fleshy skin because they have a more robotic personality, act like a robot, and its for story purpose that they are androids and not pure robots, you dont need grey skin to be a good robot, just gotta work harder
Lil quickie for today, got a hefty project in the works. This is a flamingo scout robot, armed with a dual purpose interception/direct fire rotary autocannon, and a pair of long powerful legs to let it bound over rough terrain at high speed.
