surprisingly the hat was coincidental and the colour (pink/grey) is situational depending on his context, it was mainly the art style and simplicity of features, other references were the earthbound/mother series!

I’m happy that my colors and lines look so smooth and pop very well! My style is simplistic but I feel I’ve gotten to the point I use that simplicity well, also after a lot of work my poses have gotten more interesting!
