My cutest oc is Riley, she's the daughter of a few of my ocs and is a Cat/Leopard Shark/Koi Fish hybrid. Her design may change a little because I'm still working on her.

well.. most of my Ocs are very much humanoid, out of all of them Rose is the most non Humanoid of them all, so he is the weirdest Design but his personality is fairly normal, he is just a guardian of the Forest and Feywild

Weirdest OC. For pure unfiltered chaotic energy? Definitely Anvil. For design, probably Camryn. Anvil thrives on being able to just be completely absurd and make people's brains melt. Camryn is still a work in progress, someone I made while daydreaming at work.
