In Tagalog Mythology, Anggitay is a beautiful centauress with a horn in her forehead like unicorn and she usually wears precious gemstones. They believe that she is the daughter of Tikbalan but she can be friendly to human when she quietly sits in a tree, watching them.
In Philippines Mythology, Lampong is a dwarf shepherd with a single bright eye and long white beard. When the bright one-eyed white deer was finally wounded with the sixth arrow by hunter, it transformed itself into little dwarf to scare him away.
