Found a cheeky way that worked with this. I duplicated the model and flipped the normals then combined.

If I forgot to mention, now that the model's complete, thanks to for the google drive of the separated Legends models, animations, and art.

i usually work in sai, so when i want to do this effect i save the .sai as .psd and in photoshop i go to filters>blur>motion blur. and apply it to a duplicated layer of the thing i want to blur.
