Greys tattoo is a very simplified and stylized rendition of the solar system. While some planets are purposefully missing for stylistic reason, the order of the planets being wrong wasn't intentional. A trick I learned recently was to change a scene into greyscale in order to see what color tones really pop out, notice the difference in the eyelid make up and pants from the new color scheme on the left and old scheme on the right.
