@DardFrog In the MC community, when someone says "spritesheet", they're refering to a .fla file that contains assets of characters, weapons, or backgrounds. The animator copies and pastes these assets into their project and creates their own animation with it.

Apparently lots of artists don't like painting backgrounds. I actually do though! Its mainly cause some of my biggest inspirations are Shinkai and Ghibli movies, where the backgrounds just make everything so much better.
