服の一部を複製してオブジェクトを分離→ナイフでほしい線を入れる→Ctrl+Iで選択反転して頂点削除→オブジェクトモードにしてCurve from Mesh→最後にSet Spline Type(Nurbs)。

で、そのCurveにモディファイアを変えたら割といい感じにフィット。
