For example, Kazuhiro Hara made the original character designs for ReRise, but Shuri Toida adapted it for animation.

I bought Aseprite! I love this tool, but I'm super rusty on animation. I'm going to be using it for future game development.

Fullmoon wo Sagashite episode 37 has the most accurate depiction of knitting I've ever seen in animation. The way center pull skeins look, the cast on, the difference between straight and circular needles, even the common ways mistakes present themselves.

I got some real Tokyo Godfathers vibes out of this. Its a deep dive into the troubles of seemingly ordinary people and how they cope with them, paired with really cute visuals and animation. EVERYONE has issues, even if you only get 5 seconds of screen time.
Not only is #AnimationIsForEveryone, but the people who work on them work damn hard with what they're given. And yet time and time again, studios underpay and overwork their employees while the medium has been treated as a joke. There needs to be a #NewDeal4Animation. (2/2)
