Techniquement, c’est même de la trichromie (noir/jaune/magenta).

I'm convinced that all Nintendo does to change Deep Cut's ink color is change the fucking contrast. In Splatoon 1 they just changed the contrast of the special to match the ink. Here's some evidence they are doing the same with deep cut.
