I’ve really challenged myself a lot this year and pushed myself to try new techniques and go out of my comfort zone more often than not.

I’ve also experimented a LOT with my art style which honestly made me mess it up a bit, but I feel like it just might pay off in the end :)

experimented with abstract this morning! oil on hardboard. what I always love about oil is how different parts of the image can look like entirely different paintings. I've rotated and zoomed a few times to emphasize that effect
