i dont understand the discourse behind these artworks of her. both have barely any shading, and similar consistancy. there is no regress ON THIS PARTICULAR PIECE like many claim. just no progress and she changed the body

I remember when I showed people my improvement with the Rarity drawing and someone told me that my shading got "worse" and it kinda hurt... they told me that the shading I did in the new version doesn't fit the artstyle I'm going for. So I kinda... reduced it in newer works...

Favourite art process is definitely shading! Especially shading lighting ❤❤ another is shading eyes!! Eyes are like something that is a must to shade properly even if it's just a rough sketch❤❤
