It's nice that a lot of work went into giving them more tactics. I'd love to see Elites use agility more as Chak demonstrated in his intro.
Depends on the level design and what room there is to spare in the next 10 years. Not because it's needed, but just because it'd be fun.

I just wish Pepsis was as useful as Emergency Tactics but it's less intuitive to use (instead of just preemptively turning the barrier heal into a stronger heal, you have to actually put the barrier on and then activate it)
