Here you can see an awful quality video of the process. I never render this way but it was fun to do it over the reference, it was like placing puzzles pieces.
Ended up using the "Tamar" brush from Procreate and it was SO pleasing hng

For reference, Sistermon Noir was censored in Cyber Sleuth by changing her black clothes to sky blue, and her cat themed klobuk to a mouse. Here she was called Sistermon Ciel and identified as a third sister. Japan liked her enough to make this official and redesigned her further
