@DevinElleKurtz Super interesting thread, thank you for creating it! I'll include two: I wanted to experiment with rendering water ripples: I wasn't happy with study #1 (robin) so I took everything I didn't like about it, and used it to make #2 (red bird). Mistakes are helpful!
You know, as janky as my art was back in high school, younger me was ambitious with a fairly good eye for composition. Kind of miss being this starry eyed and unafraid to make mistakes.
