Tomer Hanuka: absolutely bonkers color work. Early in my experience of wanting to "pursue art", my dream job was basically "make poster art" and this is why. It's like a perfect frame from an impossible scene, that feel like they are moving because the rhythm is so damn good.

it's honestly kind of amazing how after 3 years part of my ref for meredith still doesn't look bad at all. like the upper half is very "oh dear that's old art", but the clothing folds and shading in the bottom half is almost perfect. and this was before i had pen pressure, too.
