Q4 It's definitely PART of the future, specially for indie creators who believe in what they are doing and their ability to put it out there. I think publishers will always be super important.

Q3 The best way to build a readership is CONSISTENCY. You have to update on a regular schedule (even if it's one day a month, same weekeday, hour, etc) so that you are part of your reader's routine. Otherwise, they get busy and forget.
