Quick doodle as I needed to get this idea out. Been trying to imagine what the demon/entity that resides inside of Acyrus looks like. Started to doodle and suddenly this came out. It’s covered in cordyceps and the smoke are spores. It has no eyes as it uses its hosts to see.

Paras and Parasect confused me as a kid because I thought they were just weird crabs. They're actually based on cicada nymphs, and the "mushrooms" are a reference to a fungus in the Cordyceps genus which PARASitizes cicadas! 😬 (thanks !)
