I kept Balliewog's design practically the same, just used a more muted color palette and removed the scar on it's forehead - And that's kind of the point, to make him more generic frog like so he evolves into more badass.

this makes me so upset Meowth as a character was supposed to be special . But all meowths ever in the games,, NONE OF THEM ARE QUADRUPEDAL. WHY. HOW. how did Meowth change an entire species. I can’t even look at my meowth until it evolves I hate it

I'm thinking of making a new OC warframe. It's been in my head for quite some time now and I think I got the base concepts down.
