Phobos's S-3LF transfer is botched, and he ends up in Deimos's body.
In reality, this is due to Phobos's AI merging with Deimos's while the game was hacked.
Everyone has to suffer for this. Oracle has one kill to his name, and he doesn't like to talk about it.
